Description

Daily Release Ritual
Morning (6:00–9:00 AM)
Wake with intention.

Midday (12:00–1:00 PM)
Settle into stillness.
Take time to release what your body holds—focus on letting your warm cream flow.
Sip water, stretch lightly, and let your shoulders fall away from your ears.
Afternoon (1:00–5:00 PM)
Nude Yoga- allow milk to flow freely.
Let your heart space remain open and unbound.
This time also remains open for self care and medical appointments.
Evening (5:00–8:00 PM)
Eat a meal with lean protein, veggies and complex carbs.
Afterward, enjoy a ritual of release: massage with oil followed up by a milk and herbal bath given by Daddy.
